What’s proposed

for a residential development comprising of: (A) the change of use and refurbishment of part of ground floor of the existing derelict building, fronting onto Main Street, from retail use to residential use forming 1no. one-bedroom apartment; (B) the refurbishment of the remainder of the existing derelict building and attached outbuildings and change of use to form 1no. one-bedroom apartment and 1no. two-bedroom apartment; the works will include an increase in height to the rear return and elevational alterations to the rear; (C) the alterations to the existing roof of the protected structure fronting onto Main Street to allow for the insertion of roof insulation and replacement of modern slates with natural slates; the removal of sand cement render from chimneys and application of traditional rough cast lime render and limewash.
