What to include
- A wrong record
- The application or appeal reference (for example
D26A/0631/WEBor311106) and what you think is wrong. If the error is at source we will tell you which council to ask. - A report
- The order email and the address on the report. Refunds are covered in the terms.
- Your data
- Write from the address you used for the watch or order; see the privacy notice for your rights.
- A watch you cannot find
- The email you set it up with. We can send the private link again.
Requests and letters from public bodies
If you are writing on behalf of a local authority, An Coimisiún Pleanála, the Data Protection Commission or another public body — about a record we show, a licence, or a request to take something down — the same address reaches the person responsible. Say which body you are and quote the page address; we acknowledge within two working days and answer substantively within twenty. Post can be sent to the registered address shown on invoices.
