Commercial: The use of land zoned for ‘commercial’ purposes shall be taken to include the use of the lands for commercial and business uses including offices, service industry, warehousing and the facilitation of enterprise/retail/office type uses as appropriate

Zoned for bulky-goods retail warehousing — large sheds, large car parks.

Recreation: This category of zoning provides for the use of land for the provision of sports grounds/playing pitches, golf courses, tennis courts and other active indoor and outdoor recreational facilities etc.
