All associated hardstanding, access roads, foundations, services, utilities and site infrastructure relating to the above elements will be removed. b) The construction of a new single-storey ballroom building, comprising a main function room; lobby and pre-function areas; reception space; bar and lounge areas; champagne and tea stations; bridal suite; guest WCs; staff facilities; kitchen and catering areas; chair and bar stores; internal service and plant spaces; an external service yard; and a partially covered external terrace. c) The reconfiguration, upgrading and extension of existing car parking and internal circulation areas, including revised vehicular and pedestrian routes, set-down areas, bicycle parking provision, resurfacing, lighting, and all associated hard and soft landscaping works. d) Site development and landscape works, including embankments, regrading and contouring, footpaths, paved areas, planting, boundary treatments, surface water and foul drainage works, services and utilities connections, and all works required to integrate the development into the existing hotel campus. e) All ancillary site development, excavation and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
