Minor amendments and extensions to the stand alone nursing home building permitted under Pl. Reg. No. 06/12513 consisting of reducing the no. of beds from 75 no. to 63 no. beds by omitting a bedroom block at the south of the building, to extend and modify some of the communal spaces, bedroom, en-suites and other service areas, to construct a by-pass corridor connecting the standard bedroom blocks, to raise the general finished floor level, to raise the ridge height of the two storey admin/office area at the east of the site, to add a canopy structure to the main entrance at the east of the building and a dry-store at the south of the building, to construct a service yard, stand alone ESB sub-station, to extend a stand alone plant store building at the north of the site, to re-align the emergency access road and all associated site works
