The new youth resource/multi purpose space will be accessed via an alternative and secure pedestrian access, also on the eastern elevation off the Mill Road. C. General revisions and alterations to the external elevations to accomodate the aforementioned including the introduction of external rendered insulation, revised window and door openings and fenestration and the replacement of the existing roof with raised seam cladding. 3. The provision of 16 no. car parking spaces along the northern boundary with new and revised access from Mill Road, including revised public footpath arrangements. 4. The provision of flood defense wall along the western and northern boundaries and all other site development works including drainage, signage and landscaping
