What’s proposed

Vehicular access to the proposed dwelling houses will be provided via an existing entrance from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south while access to the proposed apartment units will be provided via the entrance permitted under 19/5749 from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed development also includes separate pedestrian accesses from the Dunmanway Road connecting into the public footpath network
