What’s proposed

The restoration of an existing building, formally known as “Joe Regan’s” public house. The existing stone walls on the Northern and Eastern sides are to be maintained and restored to its original condition and appearance. The building is to be extended to the Southern/rear and to the eastern side taking in an existing single storey outbuilding and making it a two storey extension.
