What’s proposed

1) The renovation, change of use and change to elevations to the elevations of 4 no. existing structures (blocks 1, 2, 4 & 5) previously used as school buildings, for use as 32 no. apartments including the addition of 1 no. additional storey, entrance lobby staircase and elevator to front and of block 1. 2) The renovation, change of use and change to the elevations and 1 no. existing structure (block 3) previously used as a convent residence, for use as 6 no. apartments. 3) Partial demolition of blocks 2 and 3. 4) the construction of 3 no new 2-storey houses. 5) The construction of a new three-storey building for use of 8 no. duplex and 4 no. apartments. 6) the provision of 3 no residential serviced sites accessed from golf links road. 7) Retention permission for a previously renovated structure on the site, previously used as a gate lodge (block 8) for use as a site office, marketing and information suite. The development consists of works to Protected Structures (RPS2801 and RPS2802) as well as works adjacent to protected structures. Permission is also sought for all ancillary site services including hard standing, lighting, parking, landscaping areas, construction of refuse compound, connection to public utilities, and any other ancillary site works required to complete the development.
