Some alteration works are proposed to the limestone boundary wall on Gardiner Street Upper to accommodate an entrance into the building, including the formation of an opening. The development includes the provision of photovoltaic panels at roof level; 3 no. cycle parking spaces; and all associated site development works. The council granted permission on 12 Aug 2024.
