The development will also include: New vehicular access arrangements, for residents, emergency/refuse vehicles, and pedestrian access is via Ballyboggan Road; minor upgrade works to Ballyboggan Road; all piped infrastructure and ducting; plant rooms; ESB substation; lift access and stair cores; internal roads and pathways; hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments; changes in level; waste management areas; attenuation tank; lighting; and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the relevant planning authority.
