The development will also include the widening of the existing vehicular entrance onto North Circular Road; 9 no. car parking spaces; bicycle parking; ESB substation; bin storage; hard and soft landscaping; pedestrian access; boundary treatments; solar panels; balconies (facing all directions); plant areas; external lighting; and all other associated site works above and below ground. The council refused permission on 24 Jan 2020. The five-week observation window closed on 6 Jan 2020. An Coimisiún Pleanála decided appeal 319232 on 12 Feb 2026 (grant conditions).
