Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided via Lower Rathmines Road. The council refused permission on 24 Feb 2023. The five-week observation window closed on 7 Feb 2023. An Coimisiún Pleanála decided appeal 316123 on 8 May 2024 (refuse). The site is zoned null under the Dublin City Council development plan. The scheme is for 29 units.
