Bicycle storage and bin storage is located within front courtyard and street car parking provided. The principal materials used will be nappe render to street, blue black slates to match existing return , glass and powder coated aluminium windows , glass guarding to balcony , rainwater goods ,painted timber front doors and painted metal railings.
