Existing windows to be repaired with replacement of any damaged windowpanes. External basement areas and steps to be repaired and repainted. Water ingress to external rear walls to be remedied including removal of redundant surface mounted external pipework- repairing/ sealing existing rainwater downpipes, making good to all associated internal and external surfaces.
