Access to the apartment development will be via the existing access from Parkgate Street. The development will also include the provision of a new loading bay outside No. 29 Parkgate Street and the expansion of the existing loading bay outside 23, 24 Parkgate Street. All associated site development works, plant areas, landscaping, open spaces, bike store, waste management areas and services provision.
