The development will also provide for all associated service connections, mechanical and electrical plant rooms, ESB substation, hard and soft landscaping, planting, internal footpaths, permeable paving, nature-based SuDS features, public lighting, boundary treatments, green and blue roofs, PV panels and all associated site works.
