There is no increase in the overall footprint of the permitted new stand.The proposed development will also include relocation of the permitted substation east of existing South Stand and its construction (c.29sq.m in area and c.4.3m in height) at the western site boundary; and; relocation of a generator to the eastern boundary of the site. The council granted permission on 8 Nov 2024. The five-week observation window closed on 22 Oct 2024. A commencement notice (CN0146565DC) was lodged on 26 Aug 2026, so works have started on site.
