External refurbishment work will include replacing non-original external render (front and rear) with lime render, re-roofing of the main house and return, refurbishment of the main entrance door, surround and sash windows and the replacement of non-original rainwater goods to the rear. Externally, work to the front garden will include the refurbishment of the front railings and entrance steps, construction of a new bin store and the insertion of a meter pier and 2 utility meters. Work to the back garden will include the construction of a new patio area to the side of the return, a new external first floor landing and external stairs to the rear of the return and the construction of a new freestanding garden room at the back of the back garden with a patio area in front. Works will also include redecoration throughout, landscaping and all associated site works
