An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the proposed development and have been submitted with the planning application. The council granted permission on 27 Jun 2025. The five-week observation window closed on 29 Jan 2025. An Coimisiún Pleanála decided appeal 323120 on 16 Jul 2026 (refuse).
