The amendments also include the provision of: 1 no. additional internal bicycle parking space for the use of staff of Retail Unit No. 2;a new access door and signage (c. 1.47 sqm) to the permitted curtain walling along the Donnybrook Road elevation at the entrance of proposed Retail Unit No. 2; and, an additional, secondary access door to Café/Retail Unit No. 1for staff and servicing use along the southern elevation of the building. No amendments are proposed to the number of aparthotel rooms permitted under compliance with Condition No. 4 of the parent permission; the overall gross floor area; the height, scale or massing of the permitted building; and/or the public realm surrounding the permitted development.
