What’s proposed

(i) The conversion of the existing garage space into habitable accommodation; (ii) A single-storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling to create a covered front porch at ground floor level; (iii) A single-storey hipped roof extension to the side of the existing dwelling at first-floor level; (iv) Demolition of the existing side chimney; (v) Alterations to elevations; (vi) Widening of the existing vehicular entrance off Blackheath Park to 3 metres. The proposal also includes all associated site works, boundary treatments, drainage, landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. Note: Single storey flat roof class 1 exempt extension to the rear of the existing dwelling is currently under construction
