The development also includes permanent removal of parking areas previously within the junction and creation of a new public space with 2 no. parking spaces for accessible vehicles, bicycle parking spaces and all associated landscape and site works (including surface treatment, bollards, demountable bollards, lighting and feature trees and planted areas). 3. All development shall take place within a total area of c. 2,170 sq.m and is located adjacent to the existing Grangegorman boundary wall (a Protected Structure).
