Accommodation will consist of a Gym with equipment storage rooms at ground floor level, changing rooms at mezzanine and first floor levels, 2No. Classrooms + 2No. Science Rooms at second and third floor levels. Other ancillary spaces, including Toilets, Locker areas and Science Preparation rooms, are to be provided at each level as appropriate. To facilitate means of escape from the new ground floor Gym, escape doors are to be provided at the eastern end to Quinn’s Lane, the western end to Stable Lane, and the northern end to the school yard. A fireman’s entrance is to be provided in the staircase to allow access from Quinn’s Lane. There are no works envisaged to the Examination Hall. The council granted permission on 3 Nov 2025.
