A total of 5 no. visitor bicycle parking spaces are provided in the form of Sheffield stands located on site; (iv) communal open space is provided to the north of the site; and (v) all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage, and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
