The development will result in a six floor over basement building comprising a 463 no. bedspace tourist hostel accessed via Montague Street with external courtyard (c. 2,680 sqm); a ground floor café unit (c. 37 sqm); and a retail unit accessed via Camden Street Lower (c. 418 sqm); all with ancillary cycle parking at ground floor level, plant room at basement level, substation, attenuation storage, bin storage, lift core, signage, SuDs features including green and blue roof, elevational amendments and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground.
