Works will also include the reinstatement of the regency portico located at the front of the mews from Harcourt Terrace and replacement doors to the rear entrance of the property accessed through the rear gardens of No. 19/20 Adelaide Road which the property has right-of-way. External landscaping to front with 1 no. car parking space for the mews house accessed from Harcourt Terrace as well as the addition of a pair of enclosed bin & bike stores in both the mews & the main houses.
