The development will also consist of: the construction of an external stairwell on the east elevation from Ground to First Floor Levels (c. 59 sq m); the provision of plant at Second Floor Level; the provision of new internal stairs between Ground and First Floor Levels and also between First and Second Floor Levels; the provision of new lift cores between Ground and First Floor Levels; associated internal and external elevational alterations; fire escape; and all ancillary and associated site development works above and below ground.
