What’s proposed

Permission for development which consists of; 1. An amendment to the previously approved scheme (Pl Ref 22/192 / ABP Ref ABP-314714-22) comprising internal and external alterations and an extension to the existing leisure centre building at ground floor level (totalling approx. 147.71 sqm) to create: a. New reception, retail and security area, b. Accessible shower and bathroom facilities, c. Improved accessible access and platform lift, d. Ancillary indoor spa facilities including plunge pools, sauna, steam room, and cool off zone, e. Office space and store rooms, f. Internal plant room and esb store. 2. The provision of a footpath on the western boundary of the site, 3. External soft and hard landscaping, including outdoor seating at the café, 4. The provision of cycle parking, 5. The construction of a new fence and provision of lighting, on the western boundary of the site, 6. The provision of 1 no. additional parking space, 7. All other associated and ancillary site development works
