Provision of Block A3 comprising 4 no. apartments (4 no. 2-bed) f. Provision of Block D2 comprising 6 no. duplex units (3 no. 2-bed and 3 no. 3-bed) 3. Provision of shared communal and private open space, car and bicycle parking, bin storage, site landscaping, public lighting and ESB substation. 4. Provision of pedestrian, cyclist and vehicular access via the existing Garraí na Sailí development. 5. Provision of pedestrian and cyclist entrance from the Letteragh Road (L1000). 6.
