What’s proposed

Permission for development which consists of: the refurbishment and extension of existing 3 storey (2 storey over basement level) ‘Gort Ard’ House (A Protected Structure RPS No. 8701) and associated existing 2 storey annex building (total existing GFA approx. 686.7 sq m) to provide for the upgrade of existing facilities and services offered on site including provision for: (a) new student accommodation (16 no. ensuite bedrooms with an overall proposed capacity of 18 no. bed spaces); (b) private residential accommodation for resident Gord Ard House management and guests (4 no. ensuite bed rooms with 4 no. bed spaces); (c) a new oratory; (d) a new multipurpose building; and (e) all ancillary areas and works (total new GFA approx. 1,278.37 sq m).
