What’s proposed

Permission for development which consists of: • Demolition of existing Chiropractic Clinic & Garage. • Construction of a four storey student accommodation building consisting of thirty two single occupancy ensuite bedrooms spread over four individual clusters. Each cluster will have separate, dedicated kitchen / living / dining facilities with lift and stair core access. • Provision of eleven car parking spaces, secure bicycle and bin storage. • Provision of all associated site development works, site services, boundary treatments, lighting including hard and soft landscaping. • The proposed scheme will be utilised for short-term visitor letting during non-academic term time
