What’s proposed

Permission for development which consists of: 1. The demolition of an existing single storey dwelling (Eircode H91TW6H), 2. The construction of 92 no. one, two and three bedroom units in 8 no blocks. 3. The upgrading and realignment of the L-50382 County Road. 4. The provision of 1 No. cycle and pedestrian access and 1 No. pedestrian access onto the Old Dublin Road (R921 regional road). 5. The construction of an internal access road,footpaths, pedestrian crossings and signage within the site, 6. The Provision of on-curtilage and grouped car parking, including EV and accessible spaces, accessible set down area and ducting to all spaces for future electric charging points, 7. The Provision of landscaped, standalone communal bike and bin stores, visitor bicycle parking and public lighting, 8. Connection to public foul sewer on the Old Dublin Road and public watermain along the L-5141 County Road, and provision of static water storage tank below ground on site, 9. Proposed on-site surface water drainage arrangements to include on site infiltration and attenuation, 10. Ducting and re-routing of overhead power lines transecting the site, 11. The provision of 2 no ESB substations together with all associated site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been submitted
