What’s proposed

for amendments to the approved already permitted under application Pl Ref 24/61383; ABP-321704-25, as amended by Pl Ref 26/60507. The proposed amendments to the development include: •Amendment to the previously permitted Units 24, 25, 26 and 27. The revised scheme includes: o 2 no. 3-bed semi-detached units (now referred to as Unit 24 and 25), and; o 3 no. 3-bed duplex units (now referred to as units 26, 28 and 29). • The provision of 1 no. ground-floor community care facility (now referred to as Unit 27) consisting of 4 no. en-suite bedrooms and 1 no. carer's bedroom together with all ancillary facilities including a quiet/sensory room, office facility and kitchen and living room areas. • The provision of 6 no. car parking spaces and 1 no. accessible car parking space. • Amendment to the permitted boundary line to the rear of the proposed duplex units (units 26-29 inclusive). • Amendments to the site landscaping, bin storage, bicycle parking, pedestrian and cycle links throughout the development. • All other associated site development works. The application is supported by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)
