What’s proposed

The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain an extension to the dwelling house, a floor area extension to the dwelling house and changes made to the elevations of the house, (b) retention planning permission to retain a covered area to the side of the garden shed, (c) retention planning permission to retain the house, garage, garden shed/canopy, site entrance and driveway within revised site boundaries, (d) permission to construct a single storey dwelling house with habitable accommodation in part of the attic space and a “granny flat” to the side of the dwelling house on the remainder of the site, and (e) permission to connect to all mains services and permission for all associated site works to facilitate this development
