Skelligs Retreat Limited are applying for Permission for this development at Breen's, Main Street, Caherciveen, Co. Kerry, V23 R984. The development will consist of partial demolition, extension and alteration works to the existing building and site including: (A) Ground floor demolitions of an existing rear extension and removal of internal walls, demolition of an existing metal shed structure to the rear, and construction of a new extension and freestanding structures including toilets, bin storage, stair and lift access to upper floors, with refurbishment of the existing building and all associated siteworks. (B) First and Second floor demolition of an existing rear extension and construction of a new extension with external stair and lift access with refurbishment of the existing residential unit. (C) Refurbishment and upgrades to the front elevation and rear boundary walls. (D) Sundry other minor refurbishment and alteration works and all associated siteworks to facilitate this development
