The development will consist / consists of Planning Permission for change of use from existing single storey Office Building known as “Former Axa Building” to proposed split use development consisting of a proposed single storey Residential House and Proposed single storey Café. The proposed residential single storey house is ancillary to the proposed single storey café development and both proposed structures are adjoining in existing condition.
