What’s proposed

Bin stores for the Independent Living Units are provided within the potting sheds and an open glazed lean-to structure is proposed over the residents parking area on the opposite (southern) side of the potting shed wall. (3) Restoration of the existing farmyard managers building (284sqm, no additional area) located at the entrance to the Walled Garden to accommodate reception, administration and offices / resident support facilities associated with the elements described above.
