The Proposed Development also includes provisions for the restoration of the Site, which will include the importation of circa 1,125,000 tonnes of clean uncontaminated soil and stone by-product materials to compliment overburden originating from within the Site. A planning permission of 15 years is being sought for the completion of the Proposed Development. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. No decision has been recorded yet.
