The proposed development comprises: the demolition of a habitable dwelling (82.69 sq.m), The construction of 39 no. residential dwellings consisting of: 4 no. 1-bedroom maisonettes, 3 no. 2-bedroom later living units, 16 no. 2-bedroom houses, and 16 no. 3-bedroom houses. The provision of 42 no. car parking spaces and 8 no. bicycle spaces. The provision of 1,300 sq.m of public open space. The provision of two pocket parks measuring 600 sq.m in total. Vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access will be provided via a new entrance from Connaught Street.
