Each duplex building contains a ground-floor apartment (Types P1 and S1) and an upper-level duplex unit (Types P3 and S2), each with separate entrances; (iii) Provision of ancillary in-curtilage and visitor car parking, bicycle parking and storage, bin storage, and private open space (gardens or terraces) for all units; (iv) Modifications to the site layout and associated infrastructure, including revisions to internal road layout, parking, drainage, boundary treatments, public lighting, landscaping, and open spaces, along with all necessary site works and infrastructure connections to support the development; (v) Provision of water services connections linking Phase 3 to the existing permitted infrastructure in Stonehaven Phase 2 (KCC Ref. 24/61085); and, (vi) Amending Condition 3 of ACP Ref.
