What’s proposed

to carry out the site development works for five residential sites (namely Chesnut Cresent_Phase 1), together with installation of all necessary services, including connection to and from existing services on The Beeches housing site (planning Ref 05/217) and the carrying out of the associated site development works, including the provision of an entrance from Mount Sion Road. All as was previously granted planning permission under Ref no. 15/225 (06/11/15). Also planning permission to build a detached, two storey house on each of the five sites to be developed (Chesnut Cresent__Phase 1). They are also applying for planning permission to build a detached, two storey house on each of the five sites to be developed through the subject of planning permission under Ref no. 18/289 (namely Chesnut Crescent__Phase 2). All together with the option of converting the roof void space to create a third floor for extra bedroom accomodation (2 bedrooms and bathroom), in any of the five detached houses in both Chesnut Crescent Phase 1 and Chesnut Crescent Phase 2.
