What’s proposed

The proposed works will include the closure of the existing site entrance and creation of a new site entrance on the north east boundary, the construction of a detached garage together with a new access drive, car parking and turning area; the demolition of part of the existing dwelling including roof; the construction of a single and two storey extension including sun rooms with internal alterations to the retained building including a new pitched roof; forming new door and window openings with high performance windows and external doors to new and existing openings; provision of thermal insulation and renewable energy systems including solar PV; the installation of a rainwater harvesting system and alterations to the existing FW drainage system; new tree and hedge planting and general landscaping works as indicated on the application drawings
