for 1) Portal frame shed for parking and visual maintenance of lorries, trailers and general storage, 2) Portacabin office and toilets with foul sewerage holding tank, 3) Change of use of agricultural ground to HGV parking on site, 4) Concrete retaining wall to section of parking area, 5) Installation of surface water system and vehicle wash, petrol oil interceptor and soakaway, 6) Two temporary storage areas for storage of third party site offices and containers used on large construction sites based in the Southeast and 7) Electric entrance gate and Permission to modify entrance to set back boundary to east for sightlines and all associated site works
