The development will also include on-site roadways, parking and hardstanding areas, landscaping, external lighting, security fencing, drainage and all associated ancillary works and infrastructure and other enabling civil works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for the proposed development given its proximity to designated Lough Forbes Complex SAC (Site Code: 001818) and Ballykenny-Fisherstown Bog SPA (Site Code 004104) and the potential for significant effects
