No.s LH012004A and LH012004B consisting of alterations to include combining both houses into one dwelling, retention/reconstruction of extension to the rear of No. 2, including a plant room, construction of stone boundary wall to the front south elevation to enclose a small garden, removal of external pebble dash plaster, re-plastering externally and internally, reconstruction of entrance porch to No. 2 in a glazed structure, reconstruction of roof of no. 2 and possible reconstruction of roofs of No. 1, reconstruction of chimneys replacement of sash windows with timber double glazed sash window, erection of 12 sqm of photovoltaic panels, erection of timber screen/fence to rear of east boundary wall, erection of new gates to carparking area to rear of site, construction of a garage and one bedroom studio apartment with two skylights, 16 sqm of photovoltaic solar panels and all associated site development works
