What’s proposed

Planning Permission for the construction of the following development: 1. The construction of 2 No. 2 Storey Apartment Blocks consisting of 12No. 2 Bed Apartments in each block (24 Apartments in Total). 2. For the amendment to the previously approved site layout plan under planning reference 18784 which will include additional carparking facilities to accommodate proposed apartment blocks and alterations to the internal road network serving the apartments. 3. For the connection to existing public foul sewer, stormwater and watermain services. 4. For the provision of all site services, public lighting and public open space amenities and 5. For all associated site development works
