Permission will consist of the construction of a business park which will include for the following works: 1. The proposed development will consist of 5no. buildings providing for logistics and warehousing units each with associated offices, parking, landscaping, fencing and site works. 2.The use of the existing entrance that serves Centrepoint Business Park with connection onto same and provision of new roadway within the site. 3.Ancillary works will also include for provision of a well for water supply. 4. A proposed on-site treatment works for wastewater is also incorporated to include a pumping station and rising main which will discharge all treated effluent from the site with outfall connecting to the Flurry River at Flurry Bridge. 5. Provision of associated on-line storage ponds and attenuation as part of the surface water system along with provision of an oil interceptor prior to discharge to the adjacent watercourse. 6. All ancillary site development/construction works to include for infilling and raising of ground levels, internal roads, parking areas, hard and soft landscaping, street lighting, foul, water and service networks to include provision of an ESB substation. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this application
