    Zoning at the site

C5 — Commercial, enterprise and employment

Tourism & Leisure: To provide, maintain and enhance tourist related facilities

Land zoned for business use. Expect offices, warehousing, industry or retail rather than housing; a residential application here is swimming against the plan.

    M1 — Metro / rail economic corridor

Westport House & Demesne Masterplan: To facilitate appropriate development in accordance with Chapter 9 of this plan, in order to ensure the viability and conservation

A high-density mixed-use employment corridor tied to a rail or metro line. Expect the tallest buildings in the area here.

    Designations within 250 m

    No OPW flood extent nearby.
