What’s proposed

Demolish 2 no. existing entrance lobbies, construction of new entrance lobby, external elevational changes with new glazing, cladding and part louver screen to the north east, north west, south west and part south east facing elevations, removal of the 2 existing Tesco signs, replacement with 2 illuminated signs on the south west and south east elevations and 1 illuminated sign over the new main entrance door, new landscaped court yard, landscape upgrades to the pedestrian area to the front of the supermarket, new service yard entrance gate, new relocated alcohol sales area along with minor internal layout changes including provision on new customer toilets, construction of a screened plant deck area at roof level over rear bulk store with a proposed access stairs, relocation of external gas and air conditioning units, relocated generator in the service yard, retention of the bulk store area in the former service yard, amendments to this area to include an enlarged boiler room with louver double doors, provision of 2 means of escape doors, extended roof canopy and all ancillary site services and site development works
